Orders and Shipping

Changes can be made before the warehouse has finished processing the order. If you change your mind, we recommend that you contact Customer Care immediately, who will check the status of your order.

However, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery of the order, for any reason. You can find more information in “Returns & Refunds” and “Terms & Conditions”.

The order confirmation email indicates the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track delivery in real time on the courier's website.

If you have a My Account, you can track delivery directly from the “My Orders” section.

We ship to Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or poste restante.

We also cannot deliver to the following areas: Campione d'Italia, Lake Lugano, Livigno, Azores, Madeira, French overseas territories, Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Åland Islands, San Marino, Vatican City.

No, you do not need to be registered on our site to make purchases.

However, registration is fast, free, secure and gives you access to many benefits, including:

  1. Track your orders and check your purchase history;
  2. Easily manage your returns;
  3. Save shipping information for a faster checkout;
  4. Always keep your favourite items at hand on your wishlist.

Shipping usually takes 7 working days and costs €35 for orders under €200. Shipping is free for orders over €200.

Items are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday during business hours. Shipping and delivery are not available on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Always choose an address where someone is available to receive the delivery. If you prefer to receive your order at your office or at a concierge, please also provide the name of the company or the name of the person receiving the order.

The courier will leave a note with their contact details. Please contact the courier to check if a second delivery attempt will be made or if your order will be left at a collection point (access point).

If you do not contact the courier or fail to collect your order from the collection point, the package will be returned to our warehouse after a few days, and you will be refunded.
